Standard Service Area
We deliver and pick up within the Oklahoma City Metro, inside a 20-mile radius of the central point of Oklahoma City.
Inside 20 miles: delivery and pickup are included in your package price, unless you choose the pickup option.
Outside 20 miles: we may be able to help for an additional fee of $1.50 per mile beyond 20 miles, measured one way from our location to yours.
We currently deliver with our own vehicles only and we do not ship bins via UPS/FedEx or other carriers.
We value the safety and security of our staff; therefore, we reserve the right not to make a delivery if we feel we can't guarantee our safety. If we feel our safety will be compromised, we will attempt to contact you and either make other arrangements or, in some cases, refund your order.
When you place your order, you’ll choose a delivery date.
Deliveries are typically door-to-door (front door, garage, or loading area).
You may authorize contactless delivery—just tell us where to leave the bins.
Once the bins are dropped off, responsibility transfers to you, whether someone is home or not.
Please make sure:
Driveways, walkways, and entrances are clear and safe.
All gates and doors are unlocked or access codes or instructions are provided.
We love pets, but please make sure they are secure during the delivery and pickup of the bins.
If our driver arrives and can’t safely deliver or pick up, a $25 missed pickup/delivery fee may apply.
Standard rental period:
Unless your order says otherwise, rentals are for a 7 day period (1 week)
You'll chose your pickup date at checkout, if you need more time:
Contact us before your scheduled pickup to request an extension
Extensions are billed at $0.65 per bin per day until everything is returned
We may decline an extension if inventory is already booked for other customers
If bins and equipment are not returned and no extension is approved, daily late fees will continue until:
All items are returned, or
We charge replacement costs (see “Damage & Replacement” below)
Any items not returned within 30 days without an approved extension are considered purchased at full replacement value.
On your pickup date, please:
Empty all bins completely.
Remove any tape, labels, or personal items.
Stack bins neatly in an accessible location.
Have dollies and other rental items ready with the bins
Our driver will count and verify everything and load it up. Once all items are returned and inspected, any deposit authorization on your card will be released within 3–5 business days, minus any applicable fees for damage, loss, or cleaning.
Bins and equipment should be returned reasonably clean and free of:
Any food residue
Liquids or strong odors
Tape, stickers, or excessive dirt
If bins require extra cleaning or sanitation, we may charge a cleaning fee of up to $10 per crate at our discretion.
We know normal wear and tear happens. However, broken, missing, or severely damaged items will be billed at the replacement rates listed below:
Bins: $25 each
Bin dollies: $100 each
2-wheel dolly: $150 each
Moving blanket: $12 each
Garment Bags: $9 each
If items are not returned within 30 days and no extension is approved, they will be treated as purchased and charged at these rates.
We understand that moving plans can change.
Refunds of any rental items will not be accepted once delivery has occurred.
Cancel at least 24 hours before delivery:
Full refund of your rental charges to your original payment method.
Within 24 hours of delivery
A re-stocking fee of 20% may be applied for cancellation.
Missed or refused delivery
Rentals are non-refundable once delivery has occurred or our driver has attempted service.
A re-delivery fee of $50 will be applied to any missed delivery
We know moving can be stressful! Please make sure you communicate with us if any changes in your scheudle and we will make every attempt to accommodate you.
Retail items such as packing paper, bubble wrap, and garment bags are purchased, not rented.
Retail items may be returned only if unused and in original condition.
Customers are responsible for returning the items back to our warehouse or arranging a pickup with us (fees may apply)..
If a retail item is defective on arrival, please contact us within a reasonable time so we can make it right.
Blue Box Bins currently operates as a local delivery service in the Oklahoma City Metro. We do not ship bins through parcel carriers, and all “shipping” is handled via our own trucks as delivery/pickup
